The Path Forward Begins Within

Wild Path – A Center for Growth offers online, specialized therapy for older teens and adults in Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming.

I support people navigating:

  • Trauma or PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Grief and loss
  • Difficult or repeating relationship patterns

If You Feel Stuck, You're Not Alone

If you feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by your emotions, or disconnected from yourself or others, you're not alone—and there is a way forward.

Therapy at Wild Path can help you understand what you've been carrying, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a more grounded, connected way of living.

How I Support You

I work with both your emotional experience and your nervous system—recognizing how the body and mind hold what you've been through. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and includes:

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Supports processing of traumatic experiences and helps the nervous system feel safer and more regulated.

Attachment-Focused Therapy
Explores relationship patterns and builds emotional safety, connection, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Parts-Informed Therapy
Helps you notice the different "parts" of yourself, how they developed in response to stress or survival, and supports internal awareness and integration.

Together, we explore how your experiences have shaped your emotions, relationships, and the way you move through life—helping you clarify your values, strengthen your sense of worth, and find a clearer sense of direction. All at a pace that feels right for you.

What It's Like to Start

You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We move step by step, at a pace that's grounded, collaborative, and respectful of where you are right now.

Many people start with something as simple as "I'm not okay right now" or "I can't keep doing it this way." That's enough to begin EMDR or trauma-focused work.

What Healing Can Look Like

Healing doesn't mean erasing your past—it means your past has less control over your present. In time, you may notice feeling more grounded, more connected, and more authentically you.

Meet Jeanette

I believe people make sense. Even the patterns that leave us feeling stuck often began as ways our minds and bodies learned to adapt. My role isn't to fix you—it's to help you understand those patterns with compassion while supporting lasting healing through evidence-based, individualized care.

EMDR Certified EFT Trained Trauma-Informed

I especially enjoy working with thoughtful, curious people who want to understand themselves more deeply. If you've spent years overthinking, people-pleasing, or wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns, you'll likely feel at home here.

My approach is warm, engaged, and direct. I ask thoughtful questions, help you notice patterns, offer honest feedback, and stay actively involved in the work. Therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and human—with room for difficult emotions, meaningful insight, and even laughter along the way.

Like many people I work with, my life has included family trauma, complicated relationships, seasons of growth, and experiences that changed me. Those experiences don't define my work, but they have deepened my compassion and reinforced my belief that healing is possible.

Healing doesn't change who you are—it helps you become more fully yourself. That's the work I love to do.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

EMDR is a gentle, structured therapy that helps your brain process painful experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns that may still be affecting how you feel today. While it is well known for treating trauma and PTSD, it can also help with anxiety, depression, shame, low self-worth, and relationship struggles by helping you heal what is underneath the symptoms—not just manage them.

Internal Family Systems

IFS

Internal Family Systems

IFS was developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. It helps you explore and understand the parts of yourself still stuck in painful experiences from your past. Everyone has these parts—but a part carrying a heavy burden can become highly reactive, keeping you in cycles of responses you don't want but can't seem to change. IFS helps you connect with that part, understand how it's been trying to serve you, and gently guide it toward healthier responses.

Emotionally Focused Therapy

EFT

Emotionally Focused Therapy

EFT helps you understand what's happening in your relationship through an attachment-focused lens. Together, we'll explore your unmet attachment needs and how certain behaviors may have become stuck in rigid patterns as you try to get those needs met or protect yourself from painful emotions. EFT also helps you understand your partner's needs, so you can bridge the gaps between you and build greater stability, connection, and safety in your relationship.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Some people benefit from regular hourly therapy sessions, while others prefer dedicating focused time to work through a specific issue. Both approaches can be highly effective. Together, we'll determine the path that best fits your goals, needs, and life.

Individual Therapy

Compassionate Support for Meaningful, Lasting Change

Individual therapy gives you a safe, collaborative space to better understand yourself, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of overwhelming experiences.

My approach is individualized and integrates EMDR therapy, attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches. My goal is to help you understand not only what you're experiencing, but why—so healing can occur at a deeper level.

Sessions are conducted securely through HIPAA-compliant telehealth, so you can receive specialized care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

EMDR Intensives: Focused Time for Deeper Therapeutic Work

An EMDR Intensive offers dedicated time to immerse yourself in the therapeutic process. Rather than working within the natural rhythm of regular hourly therapy sessions, an intensive creates a focused treatment experience that allows for deeper exploration and integration during a single scheduled experience.

Some people choose an intensive because they prefer a concentrated therapy experience, while others appreciate the flexibility it offers when regular sessions aren't practical. Whether you're traveling, have a demanding schedule, or simply feel ready to dedicate focused time to your healing, an intensive may be a good fit.

Because this format isn't appropriate for everyone, each intensive begins with a clinical screening to determine whether it's the best approach for your goals, history, and current needs.

An EMDR Intensive May Be Right for You If:

  • You'd like to dedicate focused time to your healing
  • You have a specific memory, experience, or life event you'd like to work through
  • Regular appointments are difficult to fit into your schedule
  • You're looking for a concentrated therapy experience tailored to your needs

What Your Intensive Includes

Every EMDR Intensive is thoughtfully prepared and individualized to your needs, and includes:

  • Comprehensive clinical screening
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Three to six hours of focused EMDR therapy
  • Built-in breaks to support regulation and integration
  • Personalized recommendations for continued care following your intensive

All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

KA-EMDR™ Coming Soon

I'm excited to soon offer Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR™)—an innovative treatment model that combines a psycholytic dose of ketamine, prescribed and managed by an independent medical provider, with the structured healing process of EMDR therapy.

Unlike traditional psychedelic-assisted therapies, you remain awake, engaged, and actively participating throughout the EMDR process.

This service will become available once I complete specialized training and implement comprehensive clinical protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.

If you're interested in learning more, I'd be happy to notify you when this service becomes available.

Which Approach Is Right for You?

There isn't one right way to heal. Some people thrive with regular hourly therapy sessions, while others benefit from dedicating concentrated time to their therapeutic work. Together, we'll determine which approach best fits your goals, your schedule, and where you are in your healing journey.

I'd be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
